We operate multiple helicopter types from several bases throughout Australia providing support to several major oil and gas producers.About the roleThe role is a permanent full-time opportunity, requiring the successful candidate to reside in Darwin. Reporting to the Stores Supervisor, you will provide effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services on agreed roster.Key Responsibilities:Adhere to corporate OSA Health, Safety and Environment & Quality Policy and all other company policiesCatalogue and label storage details on items ensuring all goods received conform with regulatory and company policiesProcess and complete orders including selection and issue of partsProcess the return of goods back to stockBinning/replenishingAssisting with stocktakesUpdating Company maintenance system AMOS as requiredMaintaining housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards to ensure the store area and Hanger is in a presentable conditionRefuelling of Aircraft, including hot refuellingAssist with departures and arrivals, including towing of Helicopter, freight and baggage handlingQuality, Skills & AttributesIdeally, you will have the following skills, abilities, and experience:An ability to obtain and hold an ASIC cardPossess 1-2 years current or previous warehousing experienceHighly organised and detail orientedDemonstrable ability to multitask in a busy environmentA Current Forklift license is requiredAMOS experience or similar is desirablePrevious experience in Aviation high desirableDangerous goods and WHIMIS training an advantageStrong communication and collaborative skillsA positive team-oriented approachFlexible and Adaptable approach to meet business demands.What we offer youOSA offers a supportive and engaging environment where you can drive change and grow your career;We promote and foster training and development;Our core values are those of health, safety and environment, and diversity;At OSA we believe a diverse workforce makes us stronger.
