Join us in providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.About the Role:We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team.You will be based at our St Ives home, located at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075.Your employment hours will be Monday to Friday: 08:00am to 4:00pmWe are seeking a dedicated individual who will be able to work proactively to ensure all painting and maintenance jobs are completed to the highest standard. The successful candidate will also be required to undergo or provide a valid police check.Our Ideal candidate:Minimum of 2 years experience completing maintenance for commercial businesses preferredHave a strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety.Possess good communication and organisational skills.Be able to work proactively to identify maintenance problems, including regularly inspecting and assessing repair work;Have the ability to recognize, escalate and resolve maintenance matters which require further assistance.Current Drivers License Class C;A SafeWork NSW White Card would be ideal.About the Company:Thompson Health Care is a family-owned company, with five decades of experience.
