As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products portfolio, we have six major manufacturing sites at Port Kembla that deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to our export and domestic customers.This opportunity welcomes candidates who hold the relevant inspection qualifications, or those with a relevant trade background (i.e. welding, pipefitting or boilermaker welding) who are interested and willing to undertake additional certification to be accredited to carry out inspecting.Working with a close-knit and experienced team, you''ll be conducting QA/QC welding inspections in line with Australian and International standards across our Port Kembla Steelworks. In this critical role, no two days will be the same. Your role will take you from workshops to on-site locations; you may be working from heights or underground; or perhaps you''ll be working with equipment ready for install or something in need of repair.
