This is a full-time permanent role on a rotating shift.12-hour shifts, Day 6am 6pm and Night 6pm 6am.2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off.20% shift loading applies to all hours, weekends and PH as part of rostered hours.All additional hours outside roster banked at overtime rate.Reporting to the Production Manager, youll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a production line to ensure minimal downtime.Set up and fine tuning of machines for optimal productivity.Work with high-speed manufacturing equipment, understanding production demands.Working alongside maintenance and production team.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.What Youll BringExperience operating a production line and working with the production team.Heavy industrial or plastics experience is preferred.Passion for continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.What Youll Love About VisyWhen you join Visy, youre joining a team that values you.
