Help us provide a safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive educational programPart-time 22.5hrs pw opportunity to join our Bundarra Uniting Kindergarten in PortlandCompetitive sector $ + access to salary packaging to increase take-home payAdvert ContentWe have a part-time role (45 hours per fortnight) for a skilled and bachelor-qualified teacher to join our Kindergarten program at our Bundarra Uniting Kindergarten in Portland. You will ensure we provide an environment that reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive program where the interests and needs of children are the foundation for creating the educational programs. Strong knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high-quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.Whats on offerIn addition to receiving a salary and superannuation, youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits. There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.About youTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:A Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent as approved by the Australian Childrens Education and Care Quality Authority ACECQA) essential.First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations, including first aid, anaphylaxis management and emergency asthma management.Extensive experience in a Kindergarten and/or other early childhood service providing high quality care and education services for children.Extensive experience in a leadership role in a Kindergarten and/or other early childhood setting.A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.How to applyClick APPLY to submit your interest and well be in touch shortly.
