Apply now Job no: 502473Work type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: MelbourneCategories: Information TechnologyYour ImpactWe are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Technical Lead to support the stable operation and continuous improvement of Asahi Beverages'' Salesforce ecosystem, including Consumer Goods, Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud applications. You will be responsible for evaluating the performance of the Salesforce environment and driving technical initiatives aligned with Asahi''s strategic initiatives. Working closely with service partners, cross-functional teams, and contractors, you will enhance platform performance and ensure optimal technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure robust support coverage for Salesforce services across Asahi Beverages landscape, acting as the escalation point for service providers and internal teams offering 24x7 level 3 support.Drive ongoing technical improvements to enhance user experience and operational stability, proactively managing capacity planning to meet business demands and growth.Maintain the Salesforce platform and associated systems, ensuring timely patching, updates, and long-term supportability, while developing and executing improvement initiatives.Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce technologies, review technical designs, and provide guidance and approvals for solution implementations before transitioning them to support teams.Manage vendor relationships and ensure service-level performance, establishing a collaborative one-team approach across internal staff, contractors, and third-party providers.Adhere to safety and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and contributing to environmental management initiatives within the organization.About YouITIL Foundations Certificate with deep expertise in Salesforce, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud (experience in Marketing and Consumer Goods Cloud is a plus).8-10 years professional experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Lead within a Salesforce environment and 5+ years in a large FMCG setting.Proven experience in writing technical designs and implementation plans, managing offshore teams, and delivering in a 24x7, high-availability environment.Strong consultative skills with excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and experience collaborating with IT resources, vendors, and business teams.Expertise in CI/CD platforms and vendor-delivered service management, including SLA performance, reporting, and troubleshooting.Salesforce certifications (Architect or Consultant pathways) and a history of managing large IT service providers, with strong project coordination and relationship-building capabilities.At Asahi Beverages, we''re passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
