Having the ability to pull upon the expertise of very highly knowledgeable people is a huge benefit, and will help you firstly settle into your role, but more importantly help you with your personal development.OverviewThe role of the Solutions Technical Specialist has a focus on both the presales and post-sales part of the product line business. The role is predominantly a customer focused role with three main areas of involvement:Approx. 40% pre-sales support (demonstrations, early discussions, product meetings)Approx. 40% post-sales support (training, consultancy, support)Approx. 20% Product development (supporting the development team, developing documentation, videos, whitepapers etc.)Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Support:Running demonstrations and interactive discussions with the customer and prospectsScoping out the requirements and providing a technical proposal for the customerWorking closely with the customer to provide best in class adviceConfiguring the customer workflows and advising on best practiceSupport the solution lines salesPost-Sales Support:Working with the customer on providing a training/development program for a successful implementationRun all levels of training and consultancy based around standard material and real-world projectsWorking with the customer on their implementationOngoing support with the customersProduct Development:Supporting the development team on functionality, and future requestsBecoming the go-to person for the customer to feedback issues, Wishlist functionality, and good news.Working with the country manager or solution lines sales rep on case studiesDeveloping localized training material, competitor comparisons, white papers, and webinarsKey Success Indicators:Collaborate and work efficiently with the solution line sales rep in your geographical region to help drive awareness and promote (enter business line)Help win new business through demonstrations / prospect discussionsNurture current customers with the aim to add additional licensesNurture current customers to renewHelp the solution lines sales rep run a minimum of XX webinars per quarterEnsure accurate data is entered into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system when dealing on support casesContribute to marketing activity (creating at least XX social media or technical blog posts per month) - validated by Marketing according to corporate guidelinesActive participation and contribution into our global (enter business line) Solution communityWork with the Global technical enablement manager to help improve processes and documentationResponsibilitiesWhat you must have done already:Worked with or familiar with SAAS products.Comfortable in a Pre and Post sales environmentA relevant qualification in your field of expertiseUnderstands capturing customer workflow requirements and documentingPrevious experience of configuration workflow systems.What is nice to have done already:Confident dealing with C-level and key decision makersExperience using CRM systems including MS DynamicsKnowledge in BIM & BIM ProcessesSold workflow-based systems (ERP, MRP, EDMS, CRM, CDE)QualificationsA full driving license as this role will require travellingExcellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone and written communication skillsProfessionalism, personal integrity, and reliabilityA positive hands-on work ethicAbility to learn new environments and be passionate about real customer successCapacity to work in an international environmentAdaptability, Autonomy, Clarity in communication, Collaborating effectivelyDriving for results, Positive energyHighly structured with strong attention to detail while coming up with pragmatic solutionsFluent Polish and fluent English Speaking is required for all roles at Graitec as enabling the team to collaborate WW!Interview ProcessTo apply Please send your application through our portalScreening/Get to know discussionHiring ManagerPeer of hiring manager or key stakeholder to the role from another organizationBusiness Unit leaderHR (if applicable, mandatory for all people manager roles) #J-18808-Ljbffr
