The successful applicant/s will lead the pharmacy service provided to the Haematology and Oncology Specialty areas. You will promote safe, rational, and cost-effective drug therapy by providing specialised clinical pharmacy services which include monitoring of the patients total medication profile, providing drug information and undertaking teaching and research.Our Values guide our work in every action, and that includes recruitment and employment!
