THE ROLESenior Manager, Resident ServicesThe Senior Manager, Resident Services plays a crucial leadership role in driving service excellence across Tenancy, Housing Coordination and practice leadership in the Resident Services Unit.This Senior Manager will have experience in the last 5 years in a management role working in a Specialist Disability Accommodation, Supported Independent Living or other relevant registered NDIS service.As an experienced General Manager, you will be skilled in operations, to oversee service delivery, culture and compliance to enhance and strengthen our service delivery, performance and achieve great resident outcomes.To succeed in the role, you will need exceptional business acumen, leadership and people management skills, communication and interpersonal abilities, and a strategic mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.This role offers the opportunity to support transformative projects, drive service excellence and legislative compliance while building a resident centred culture.Accountabilities IncludeLead and inspire a diverse team, providing mentorship and fostering a positive, productive work environment.Operate with a high degree of autonomy to deliver on strategic and business planning goals.Oversee the operations of the Tenancy and Housing Coordination Services teams, ensuring alignment with strategic and business planning.Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department''s ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective services.How To ApplyPlease open the position description to read more.All VPS employees (and ex-VPS employees with extended access to the Jobs and Skills Exchange website) MUST apply via the Jobs and Skills Exchange (JSE) portal.Applicants are encouraged to apply online.
