This split has seen the need to uplift the support to our business leaders which doesn''t exist today. The size and complexity of both businesses plus externally funded work needs to be tracked and managed with the leaders getting the appropriate level of performance support.The Finance Manager will lead the budget management process, provide reporting to enhance monitoring of financial performance and forecasting program spend.This role will lead changes and improvements to create efficiency in the processes supporting management and governance of spend. Data and insights proactively generated, shared with the Portfolio Finance Lead, MDs and Business Value Stream & Technology Enablement leads will help influence spend management and improve ROI.The accountabilities and expectations of the role will expand as ANZ Plus continues to scale with further propositions in market.
