UQ Business School based in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law (BEL)Full-time (100%), fixed-term position through to January 2027Base salary will be in the range $91,658.60 - $98,330.37 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 6)Based at the conveniently located UQ Brisbane City CampusAbout This OpportunityYou will be responsible for managing the admission and advisory functions for our flagship program Master of Business Administration (MBA) and other post graduate programs that are run from our city location to enhance participant experience and strengthen engagement with, and between, the client/student, alumni, industry partner and UQ communities.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the team to deliver seamless end-to-end admissions services across the full portfolio including recruitment, application management, orientation and student program support.Grow MBA and other post graduate cohort numbers through lead nurturing activities and student experience improvement measures.Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to source student and participant leads and ensure a consistent approach.Monitor and manage impact of team outputs on other areas whilst modelling behaviours that are consistent with UQ Values and Behaviours.Optimise student experience across the portfolio through process improvement measures relating to the admission, application, enrolment, onboarding process and student program support.OtherEvent-related international, interstate and local travel may be required from time-to-time.After hours and weekend work from time-to-time.About UQ Business SchoolThe University of Queensland (UQ) Business School is independently ranked as one of the top business schools in Australia and among the leading institutions worldwide.
