Our teams perform aerial firefighting missions, transport flights, intelligence and scanning missions, disaster mitigation, search and rescue operations, and related activities.For more information about Coulson Aviation Australia visit www.coulsonaviation.com.auWHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:We are currently recruiting a Stores Coordinator to be a part of the team. This position will support Richmond and Bankstown, NSW operations as required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Ensure the safe and accurate controlling of stores area for all inventory items. This includes inspection and receipt of inventory items into stores, and the proper tracking of inventory to meet regulatory requirements.Manage and control equipment for the support of all aircraft under certified air control or ownership. Ensure equipment is operational and manage periodic calibration and testing of equipment as required.Order and replenish inventory levels as required.Satisfy position requirements of Stores Coordinator, as described in CA CASR Part 145 AMO Maintenance Organisation Exposition and Engineering Procedures Manual.Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met as related to the Stores department.Monitor non-aircraft related inventory levels, such as office supplies, paper products, consumables, etc. Replenish stock as required.Manage periodic calibration and testing of equipment as required.Other related duties as required.REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in the aviation industry.Experience in warehousing and inventory management, including but not limited to receiving, dispatch, freight handling, purchasing and issuing of stock.Experience with an inventory software program.Currently hold or ability to obtain Red ASIC card and/or RAAF passes.We would like to thank all applicants in advance for their interest; however, we can only consider applicants that are an Australian resident and are legally eligible to work in Australia.
