This role provides administrative, organisational, and logistical support to the Head of Capital Works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with minimum three days in the office (flexible hours between 7 AM 7 PM) and two days working from home.Key responsibilitiesProvide administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of the capital works programme.Coordinate documentation, reporting, and compliance with UPAs policies and project timelines.Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and support reporting processes.Manage low-value, low-risk, and low-complexity capital works under the guidance of the Head of Capital Works.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Maintain organisational systems to improve project efficiency and workflow.About youQualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Aconex, UniPhi, Celoxis) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and within a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Desirable:Experience in aged care, retirement living, healthcare, or related sectors such as residential, hospitality, or community infrastructure.Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is highly desirable.Whats in it for youAttractive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary and access to not-for-profit salary packaging options and novated leasing, including $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for entertainment, meals, and accommodation.Convenient Perks: Benefit from free on-site parking and corporate discounts on Medibank Private health insurance.
