Utilising advanced AI/autonomous technology to provide an innovative market leading security solution.Our group head office is located in Seven Hills, and our Asia office in Kuala Lumpur.If you have a passion for technology and innovation and have previous experience as an electronic Video Security Technician, or background in electronics, then this is the role for you, come and join our expanding technology & service team.Primary responsibilities will include:Installation and servicing of the RealGuard Site Master CCTV security systems.Deployment of our trailer-based mobile camera tower systems.Fault detection, analysis, and repair activities on commercial and residential security alarm systems.Client interface during, and post installation to ensure system training and compliance is completed.Work with the service department to ensure all relevant paperwork is maintained post installation and servicing.Identify opportunities to upsell the RealGuard solutions.Conducting system PMI work in conjunction with the service department schedules.Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction with every job.The role will consist primarily of field service work across Sydney Metro Area with the occasional regional and interstate work based on business requirements, however this is not essential to begin with.About you!The key to success in this exciting role is you!3 or more years field based technical/electronic on the job experience.MUST have a valid Australian driver''s license.Experience in a broad range of electronic security and IP CCTV systems (desirable, but training will also be provided).Experience in a range of security panels including Tecom, Inner Range, NESS and Bosch systems.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet project scope, budget and service delivery time frames.Strong analytical problem-solving skills.Competent and confident driving with a vehicle and hitched trailer.Extremely customer centric with excellent communication skills.A desire to expand your knowledge base, skills competencies, and career.What you will be provided:Company Vehicle.On the job training.System certification.Mobile Phone and Laptop.Supportive and strong team culture.If you meet these requirements, then we look forward to hearing from you.Please note: Candidates must have a Class 2C NSW Security Industry License, White Card & Open Cabling License, or have the ability to obtain them relatively quickly.At RealGuard, great customer service and satisfaction are our benchmark.
