Youll also provide support to other members of our Executive team.In addition youll work closely with our People & Performance team and help build an outstanding experience for our employees through the delivery of regular lunches and social events for our Sydney employees, and through coordinating other initiatives such as our values awards, birthday celebrations, employee swag and new employee welcome packs. Youll also support organisation of investor relations events and act as global lead for our Travel booking platform. How we workWe have flexibility to work from home but also collaborate every week in-person at our office in Surry Hills as well as working remotely alongside colleagues globallyResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact between internal/external stakeholders and the CEO, prioritizing urgent and important matters and managing the content and flow of information as required.Manage complex and fluid scheduling and a variety of correspondence for the CEO. This will include managing agendas, email, mail, calls, meeting rooms/venues, travel arrangements, external contacts and other logistical arrangements.Manage event logistics and calendar scheduling, including board meetings, AGMs, investor relations events, off-site meetings and other events.Organise travel arrangements, including hotel booking and other requirements for the CEO and other members of the ELT as required.Create and collate documents, reports, Power Point presentations and other materials for the CEO and other members of the ELT as requiredProvide administrative support such as document scanning and organisation and expense reimbursement processing for the CEO and other members of the ELT as required.Prepare agendas and attend executive meetings as required.People & Performance ResponsibilitiesManage stock levels, ordering and distribution of the employee swag items such as backpacks and hoodies, anniversary t-shirts/gifts etc.Prepare and distribute welcome swag pack for new employees in Australia and Asia.Co-ordinate the EXcIITe Values Awards, including collation of nominees, preparation and distribution of certificates, liaising with Office Managers in other regions to organise voucher purchase and distribution, and purchase or organisation of gift vouchers for employees in Australia and Asia.In liaison with the Director, People & Performance APAC, support the development and execution of a yearly event calendar for the Sydney office, incorporating monthly social events, quarterly team building activities, and other initiatives as applicable.Organise monthly birthday cakes for the Sydney team and distribute birthday vouchers/token/message for our Australia and Asia remote based employees.Assist the People and Performance team as required.Other ResponsibilitiesInvestor Relations: Work closely with Director of Corporate Affairs & ESG on scheduling of bi-annual Investor Roadshow, preparation of Annual Report and other investor events.Travel Platform Management: Liaise with FCM Travel Management for any upgrades/issues and changes to the FCM Travel Booking Platform and act as first point of contact for trouble shooting and changes in procedures for all offices globally.Credit Cards: Manage monthly Company credit card reconciliations for CEO, CFO, COO, corporate and subscription credit cards.Office Management: Provide back up support for the Office Manager as required, including when the Office Manager is on leave.What we''re looking forMinimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO or similar senior role in a corporate environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSound judgement and strong decision-making abilityFlexibility to do what needs to be done and adapt to changing requirementsExcellent attention to detailAbility to confidently juggle multiple prioritiesStrong experience with travel booking and itinerary management for complex travelStrong MS Office skillsAn appreciation of the requirements of working with sensitive and confidential informationExperience organizing events such as employee or shareholder events is desirableOur Audinate values of excellence, courage, innovation, integrity and teamwork will resonate with youWhat youll experience with usAt Audinate youll be part of the global team pioneering the future of AV so that everyone can be seen and heard.
