The Bayview Bar urgently requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the management of the front of house and back of the house.The main duties of the Restaurant Manager will be to:Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfactionRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsRegularly review product quality and research new vendorsOrganise, run and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate and order future needs for stock and cleaning productsEnsure compliance with sanitation, safety regulations and licenceManage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve itControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wastageCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expensesPromote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant eventsRecommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. social media ads)Employ and train new and current employees on customer service and venue practicesImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operationsPromote functions and events, assist with incoming enquiriesMust be available: Wednesday to SundaySalary: $65,000 - $75,000Hours: 38 hours PWPlease apply at: manager@bayviewbar.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
