We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team at a Special Developmental School (SDS) in Bulleen for a fixed term position, starting in January 2025. This role involves delivering tailored educational programs to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring each child receives an inclusive and supportive learning experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual educational plans (IEPs). Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with support staff, parents, and specialists to create a nurturing educational environment. While experience in special education is not essential, a commitment to fostering student growth and independence is crucial.
