Your role may include collecting liquid waste into a rigid tanker truck and transporting to our disposal plant for recycling or driving/operating Hook or Skip vehicles. Due to the physical nature of the role, candidates must be comfortable performing manual handling and heavy lifting.You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet. You will be required to operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations, complete all paperwork and records accurately. Must be willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test.What is in it for you?As part of closing the gender gap of drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy for Women to address substantive equality for female identifying or non-binary persons in the industry by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved.
