The successful applicant for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented and pro-active to the needs of our guests.A few of your responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests by escorting them to seats, resolving inquiries, and handling concerns professionally.Maintain a clean and well-presented theatre, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.Assist in emergency response procedures, including guiding patrons during evacuations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.What are we looking for:Ability to provide exceptional customer service by meeting, greeting and escorting guests.Willingness and availability to work a varied schedule based on business needs.A natural ability to build memorable connections and take good care of our valued guests.About you:With your keen eye for detail and a passion for creating amazing experiences, youll play a key role in making every guests visit safe and unforgettable.
