Be part of a team that leads industry innovation in AI and machine learning.Your scope will include:Research and develop new proof-of-concept methodologies and models for business applications, applying cutting-edge techniques such as RNN, LSTM, and more to build predictive models and scalable data pipelines.Work as part of a central team supporting content and media measurement, consumer database analytics as well as AI and machine learning initiatives, collaborating with digital directors, client teams, and practice capabilities to ensure leadership in digital thinking and execution.Access, integrate, and model diverse data sources to solve intricate marketing and business challenges. Reframe client questions into data science deliverables and develop data science roadmaps.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of engagements.Manage the continuous enhancement of data and analytics initiatives, staying current with the latest research and technologies in the field.Integrate data into key decisions, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and campaign priorities, and bring actionable consumer, commercial and creative analytics to our clients and strategic teams.Work closely with the Data Solutions Product Manager, Data Solutions Engineer, and Digital Innovation Strategist and Publicis agency teams to ensure connected and automated audience activation across Publicis Platforms.What type of person will be successful in this roleA foundational understanding in statistical concepts and machine learning techniques.Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, SQL, ML-Flow, and Azure Cloud, data visualisation, data pipelines, and model evaluation.Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights, with strong interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.Experience and exposure to some advanced techniques such as GBM, NLP, and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with tools like Hive, Spark, Teradata, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.Experience in an agency environment with a client-focused mindset and collaborative spirit.Strong communication skills and the ability to analyse complex data and make it easy to understand.A track record of being able to think like an innovator with a builder mentality, be a fast mover, who can operate within ambiguity, and be a curious thinker.A Data expert who has helped build products and is familiar working in agile environments.Additional informationPublicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world''s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
