This role is committed to leading continuous improvement in change management across the organisation.The role contributes as a change lead, identifying and articulating the need for change, and facilitating change and training.What youll bringSkills to operate as change lead for major corporate projects.Passion and understanding of people and customer needs when delivering change.Experience as a project coordinator/lead for large scale projects.Ability to prepare and deliver project communications to a customer audience.Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.A desire to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to enable and embed successful change.Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.A post-secondary qualification/s in business, HR, or related discipline or extensive experience in leading change.FreedomWe offer a variety of flexible arrangements to suit our employees varied needs and the business, including purchased leave, varied start and finish times, working from alternative locations and accrued days off.
