This could be your next big adventure!Some of the key duties include:Provide professional and customer-focused technical services, administration, monitoring, maintenance, support, advice and knowledge for provisioning of one or more technologies.Undertake technical investigations to resolve complex and specialised technical issues, using sound judgement to escalate as needed.Resolve, collaborate on, and escalate issues as appropriate to ICT Service Delivery Manager or relevant ICT leadership and provide appropriate and timely information and updates to stakeholders regarding progress.Apply new concepts and ideas to achieve innovative, efficient, and effective delivery of technical Services.Participate in continuous improvement activities, including development of technical and process documents.The successful applicant will have:Analytical aptitude for understanding business-critical issues and escalation processes.Strong general knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft stack of applications, Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365, Endpoint Manager, Apple products, printers and peripherals.Demonstrated experience in operating within an IT support team environment and in meeting deadlines.Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a Full Time, ongoing role.
