Wilson Security operates in a wide range of sectors and is committed to shaping the future of security by offering innovative and sustainable solutions that create enduring value for our people, customers, and the communities we operate in.Wilson Securitys journey towards a more sustainable and responsible future is bought to life through our core values of Care, Innovation, Accountability, and Integrity as well as the principles of ESG excellence.ABOUT THE ROLE:Hybrid WFH opportunity12 months fixed term Part-Time contract24 hours or fixable more hours per weekPick any days you prefer from Mon - FridayAttractive hourly pay rate with potential negotiationThe Technical Leader (TTL) is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of all technical aspects of the project, including the architecture, establishment of environments, release management, integration, data quality and the archiving of the current Workforce Management Systems.This is a key position for the Pinnacle project, in coordination of a complex, matrixed environment.The TTL will establish and ensure all technology artefacts are developed and delivered to a Wilson Group standard ensuring continuity post-project with the Application Support Plan.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, coordinate and sometimes document key technical plans, including the Application Support Plan, Cutover Plan, Archiving Plan and Data Migration Plan.Manage and oversee all Pinnacle environments, including Production, Testing, Training, and Staging.Lead data migration efforts and coordinate the maintenance of the data dictionary in collaboration with key stakeholders.Set up and manage geofencing configurations.Establish and maintain release management frameworks and timelines.Configure, test, and validate access levels and permissions for the new system.Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, high-quality, and up to standard.Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless technical aspects of the project are understood and executed on.Provide leadership and foster collaboration across teams to drive project success.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Knowledge of Workforce Management systems (UKG preferred), Human Resources (Success Factors), and preferred Payroll (Preceda/Dayforce).Understanding of integration and data migration tools and practices (or ability to leverage the SI partner to assist).Development of Strategies and Reports.Experience in WFM projects.Able to work across multiple business units, with at times competing demands.Ability to communicate with project team members relating to all elements of the system.Strong analytical skills.Able to work with a hybrid team, spread geographically.Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
