The successful candidate will work closely with the R&D team to design experiments, validate new technologies, and support product development. This position focuses on hands-on research and technical innovation with minimal managerial responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Research & Development: Conduct experiments, develop testing protocols, and analyze data to drive the development of innovative water treatment technologies.Prototype Development: Design and execute lab-scale experiments to validate new concepts and technologies.Technical Problem Solving: Address technical challenges with creative and innovative solutions in a collaborative research environment.Regulatory Support: Assist in ensuring all research activities comply with industry standards and regulations.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of experiments, data analysis, and findings to support R&D goals and reporting requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with other researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to align research activities with the companys objectives.Qualifications and Experience:Education: PhD or Master''s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.Experience: Proven research and laboratory work skills. Hands-on experience working in a research environment, including designing and conducting experiments and analyzing data.Technical Skills: Expertise in designing and conducting experiments related to water treatment technologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
