Youll work closely with the team to address challenges, implement improvements, and help deliver seamless Citrix services.QualificationsKeen to get involved? You''ll just need some of the following...Hands-on experience in supporting Citrix environments with a focus on environments with >1,000 concurrent users, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.Experience deploying, updating, and maintaining Citrix applications, contributing to ongoing improvements and ensuring system stability.Proficient in Citrix StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, ControlUp, and NetScaler (Citrix ADC) for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of Citrix environment management, with a focus on securing the environment, managing worker servers and golden images to minimize vulnerabilities.Administering Citrix environments, including managing printing services, session performance, and system availability for end users.Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory in enterprise environments, focusing on system health and user management.Ability to identify areas for improvement and collaborate on implementing solutions to enhance the Citrix environment''s functionality.Familiarity with Imprivata and iGel technologies is advantageous, contributing to the integration and management of endpoint solutions in Citrix environments.Ability and availability to participate in a rotating on-call roster (every 3-4 weeks), providing after-hours support as required.CertificationsCitrix certifications:Citrix Certified Associate (CCA), Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) and/or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE)Dont meet every requirement?
