You will be a skilled and enthusiastic analyst and as the first point of call for NHG staff youll do your best to support and resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate when needed.Based in our corporate office in Brisbane, you will have the opportunity to travel to our various operations and work closely with the existing members of the Technology team.You will do:First point of contact for Helpdesk support (telephone and face to face).User creation and management.Provision end user devices such as workstations, mobile devices, VoIP phones.Troubleshooting Server and Networking issues.Basic administration of Microsoft 365 Platform.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software and systems.Provide guidance to end users.Liaise and collaborate with wider Technology team to provide solutions and improvements.Identify opportunities to digitise existing manual processes.You will bring:Degree or Diploma qualification in IT, Computer Science, or closely related discipline.Strong customer service.Ability to work autonomously.Passionate about IT and have a desire to deliver great service.Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Drivers licence and ability to travel.Knowledge of the following technologies:Microsoft Office 365Active DirectorySecurity ManagementVmwareFortinet FirewallSharePointWindows serversWhat we offer:This role will give you the chance to develop your technical and professional skills through meaningful and challenging work that will have a tangible impact to the organisation.
