The integrity of the sport and the welfare of greyhounds are both significant components of the strategic objectives of GRV.Job DescriptionJoin GRVs Integrity team and use your skills to ensure greyhound welfare while contributing to the development and delivery of initiatives that continually improve welfare and integrity standards.GRV is looking for an Industry Veterinarian to work with our race day and rehoming teams to ensure greyhounds are fit to race while conducting kennel visits to assess animal welfare and supporting the health and wellbeing of greyhounds transitioning to retirement.With no two days the same, youll draw on your qualifications and clinical experience to complete a broad range of tasks including assessing greyhounds for racing, providing emergency care on-track, or preparing greyhounds for rehoming (e.g. examining, desexing, microchipping, vaccinating).Youre keen to mix things up and dont mind travelling across Victoria to get the job done, or completing administrative tasks to ensure we provide accurate information.
