As in your role you will help more people live well and enjoy confident lives.A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurichs Audit team as an IT Audit Manager, reporting to the Head of Audit.You will be part of a strong team that forms our global Audit function of 250 colleagues across 33 different countries, united in the common purpose of keeping Zurich safe.The IT Audit Manager is a unique role that will be a fusion of IT and Operations audits, utilising your technical expertise to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of audit engagements in collaboration with teams across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will provide valuable insights and help to drive excellent audit outcomes.You will be working in a synergetic, agile environment, joining our transformational journey to become Australias leading digital insurer.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing subject matter expertise and insight across audit processes, including scoping, audit reports and critical stakeholder meetingsOverseeing relevant tracking and closure of agreed actionsSupporting the global IT Centre of Excellence to continuously evolve IT capabilities in Group Audit and drive the development of the wider team through upskilling initiativesIdentifying trends and patterns in results; supporting & influencing key stakeholdersProviding technical input into control environment reporting. Building technical/commercial knowledge and industry awareness across a range of areasSupporting Business Audit Leaders in stakeholder discussions; developing strong relationships with Business and IT stakeholders in Australia & New Zealand, APAC & at times globallyGuiding, coaching, and supervising the work of the team throughout the audit engagementImportant to your success - Unlock your potentialRelevant tertiary qualifications; professional certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or equivalentStrong experience in Audit / Technology/ IT Risk Management (+8 years) or significant experience in insurance business positions (+8 years)Deep knowledge and competence across all IT domains paired with data analytics skills;Track record with technology and governance controls for Cloud, Data Management, Cyber Security and new technologies (such as Robotics and Artificial Intelligence)Experience in third-party, outsourcing and project management auditingStrong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control framework and audit testingExcellent project management skills, ability to organise teams and prioritise tasksA collaborative and solution-focused mindset with the ability to influenceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBelong.
