You''ll be responsible for:Managing and optimising a diverse portfolio of properties used for clinical and corporate services.Overseeing property planning to ensure staff have high-quality, safe, and fit-for-purpose workplaces.Leading strategic property initiatives, including capital works projects and policy-driven facility management.Contract management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective partnerships with internal and external groups.Contributing to the long-term vision of our property strategy and development.Principle contact for the HNE PPP contract for the Calvary Mater Newcastle facility and support services.
