A high degree of specialised service is provided in clinical areas, medicines information, antimicrobial stewardship, quality use of medicine, research and clinical trials. We are a passionate, supportive and driven team who works cohesively together to focus on quality patient centred care.About the roleAs a Clinical Pharmacist at the Womens you will provide comprehensive pharmacy services to the clinical areas within your remit. A regular day will see you:Perform medication reconciliation processes, resolve medication related issues, provide medicine information and counsel patientsEnsure appropriate medicine usage through implementation of hospital policy, and through liaison with medical and nursing staffSupport training and mentoring program, including supervision of intern pharmacists and pharmacy studentsAbout youYou will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who enjoys working as part of a team committed to excellence in patient care.
