Our 3 locations in Dayton, Waitsburg, and College Place includes a friendly staff of Registered Nurses and Certified Medical and Dental Assistants who ensure comfort throughout patient visits. The teams work to holistically treat the whole patient, pushing the boundaries of what we can do in the name of improving patient health outcomes. Our integrated approach to healthcare is what sets us apart as we offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care. We work together to personalize patient treatments and puts the patient at the center of our care.Compensation and Benefits:Compensation: $38.00 - $52.00 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing.Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday - Friday).$5,000 Sign-On Bonus included!Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals.In this role, you will guide, train and support the clinical support staff in the outpatient clinical setting in the Dayton and Waitsburg Clinics.
