We are looking for a person who can live by our organisational values and has a genuine desire to make a difference in a customer-focused model of care with integrity and innovation.About the roleAs a Casual Administration Officer, your role will be to support the organisation by providing high-quality administrative and business support that ensures the organisation can deliver business outcomes effectively, efficiently, and professionally. You will be part of a dynamic and successful Office team and will work across a number of our teams.Your tasks will include:Reception and administration functions for the organisation as the first point of contact, displaying exceptional internal and external customer service attitude and focus.Manage the information flow and triage incoming communication traffic utilising problem-solving skills.Support the day-to-day provision of high-quality clerical, administrative, and reception services.Commit to a seamless and streamlined administration support function.Working across a number of organisational teams to support day-to-day operations.Screening of calls and visitors, answering phones, taking and emailing messages, answering queries, and greeting visitors.Deliver administrative systems and processes as required to support the organisation.Receipting and banking for the organisation''s over-the-counter payments.File creation and management for organisational administrative documents.Day-to-day office routines.Open and distribute mail, organisational emails, postage supplies, couriers, etc.Maintain the workplace to be presentable to a neat and tidy standard.Manage and maintain organisation stock.Work with the GM Executive Services to prioritise and carry out required tasks as allocated.Assist the Operational Services Team with administrative tasks.Ability to manage rosters.High attention to detail for data entry.Benefits and perksYou''ll become part of the SBcare Group team and benefit from optional salary packaging, meal entertainment cards, and novated leases.Skills and experienceDemonstrated experience in a similar role.Experience in finding better ways and making improvements (we love innovation).Experience in working with a small team and being a part of the wider organisation.Great communication and customer service skills.High-level organisational and prioritisation skills.Solid computer skills and ability in the Microsoft Office suite.Good understanding of technology and the ability to support and adapt to changes.Demonstrated ability to engage in professional relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a team in a rural community care setting.Double Covid-19 vaccination evidence is essential and non-negotiable.Current Driver''s Licence.Ability to receive a positive National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children Check (we arrange and pay at contract offer stage).How to applyApply online and send a current resume with two referees and a covering letter telling us why you are the person for our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
