Applications close Monday 24 February 2025 at 11.59PMOverviewWork type: Casual Salary: $30 - $30 Grade: Undefined Occupation: Nursing and Aged Care Location: Melbourne Reference: 12876The Role:An opportunity has become available within The Royal Childrens Hospital for Patient Services Assistant.Casual RoleThe PSAs provide indirect patient care, contributing to the maintenance of a welcoming, clean environment for all and supporting the clinical areas through the delivery of equipment and cleaning services.Reporting to the Support Services Coordinator and the nurse in charge, you will maintain a clean & safe environment within the unit and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of unit equipment. You will also be aware of requirements to ensure that practice is consistent with Infection Control guidelines, policy and according to Cleaning Standards for Victorian Health Facilities.Your well-developed written and verbal communication skills combined with your interpersonal skills will provide you with the ability to work within a team environment in varying locations throughout the hospital.
