Our rich and rigorous programs position our students to achieve outstanding results and graduate well prepared for success beyond school.About the Role:Key tasks and responsibilities undertaken as part of this role include:Compiling weekly attendance data per year level/class from Compass, including fractional truancy and latenessCreating traffic light Track Ed reports for student attendance review and analysisProducing weekly behaviour reports listing Major/Minors/Teacher/Location trendsTransferring Markbook and OneSchool data to Track EdCompiling and spreadsheeting academic data after each reporting junctureCollating data to demonstrate LOA comparison with NAPLAN results pulled from SORDCompiling student academic data relating to Progressive Achievement Testing into spreadsheets after each testing period with year before comparison and transfer into Track Ed profilesCompiling QCAA Transition statements into master documents and entering into OneSchoolPreparing Positive behaviour reportsOther administrative tasks that contribute to the effective operational requirements of the school as required/directedAbility to display respect and empathy for students with high levels of confidentiality, tact, reliability, and sensitivity to student data and information.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.Interested?
