We have an exciting Permanent flexible full-time opportunity for you to join our System Performance Branch located in Brisbane City! You will maintain mechanisms which facilitate engagement activities between the Branch and the broader Health System, which includes establishing and maintaining processes that identify, track, and optimise engagement with System Performance related initiatives at an operational level.This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to a team of training, engagement, and change management experts which support the strategic objectives of the Branch. To succeed in this role, you will identify and facilitate system performance engagement and improvement opportunities through optimising the use of the System Performance Branch product offerings.The successful personYou will have:Extensive change management and organisational experience with a proven record of achievement at a senior level in a large, complex, and decentralised service delivery organisation.Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence the attributes and behaviours of key stakeholders to achieve organisational outcomes.Knowledge of strategic priorities and national/state health performance requirements.Ability to analyse, interrogate, and interpret complex data from different sources and translate it into effective management information.About usThe Department of Health is responsible for the overall management of the public health system in Queensland.
