Were on the lookout for skilled team members with demonstrated experience in professional services who are eager to work on diverse projects with our purpose driven clients.As a Senior Associate you can expect to work on multiple projects across sectors. Typical activities include:Working directly with senior clients to define knotty problems and help unravel them.Shaping compelling strategies, business cases, operating models, frameworks, reports and recommendations for senior decision-makers.Scanning the internal and external environments of our clients to identify strategic opportunities, challenges, strengths and areas for improvement.Analysing and benchmarking client data to identify trends and translating them into insights and recommendations.Undertaking intensive desktop research into existing policies, practices, contemporary literature and reports to extract insights, key themes and trends impacting our clients.Coordinating and co-facilitating client engagement (workshops, interviews, roundtables, surveys, conferences, forums etc) that brings together stakeholders across industry, government, and the broader community, in face to face or virtual settings. Distilling key themes and shaping next-step roadmaps.Expertly managing project fundamentals- time, cost, scope, quality, issues/risks and status reporting.Joining in dynamic discussions at our team meetings, where you will hear key project updates, celebrate recent achievements and provide your own insights.What you will bringWere looking for curious, dedicated, insightful and practical team members.
