As an SDA Provider and Landlord, you''ll ensure tenant satisfaction, seamless administration, and the successful delivery of SDA and Tenancy management functions. Be part of a team thats transforming lives and communities every day!A Day in the Life of a SDA Tenancy CoordinatorManage all tenancy-related processes, including agreements, renewals, onboarding, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee rent payments, subsidy applications, payment schedules, and address tenant financial inquiries, using exception-based reporting to identify and resolve issues early.Conduct regular compliance checks for accessibility, safety, and SDA regulations, while maintaining and updating vacancy data on the NDIA SDA Finder portal.Provide ongoing support and engagement with tenants, mediate conflicts, and collaborate with support providers to ensure tenant satisfaction and housing stability.Maintain accurate records and documentation, complete required reporting and audits, and support SDA performance reviews and tracking of participant plans.Skills and Experience That will Make You Stand OutTertiary qualification in Business Administration/Management or similar.3+ years experience working in a similar role, ideally in a disability housing organisation or similar.A thorough understanding of the Disability sector and NDIS framework, as it relates to SDA housing and housing related support requirements.A working knowledge of tenancy regulatory frameworks.Strong administrative skills including time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.High level interpersonal communication skills for presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.Advanced MS Excel literacy and aptitude to use various software to improve outcomes.What we offer:Competitive Salary Package: Be rewarded for your hard work with an attractive salary, plus a phone and laptop.Salary Packaging: Increase your take-home pay.
