Whats the job about?We are seeking a motivated and experienced Renewals Team Lead to oversee our global renewals team, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team, and streamlining operations through automation.Collaborating with our internal cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Sales, Data and Customer Success, is essential for aligning strategies that ensure success for both our customers and Ansarada. Additionally, youll share valuable customer feedback and actively contribute to the improvement of our products and services.This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, hands-on management, and process improvement expertise to ensure customer retention, revenue optimisation, and operational efficiency.Some of the key activities you will be performing in this role are:Revenue Growth and RetentionLead the renewals process to achieve and exceed revenue retention targets and identify upsell opportunities.Collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance teams to develop strategies that optimise renewals and minimise churn.Analyse customer renewal trends and data to provide actionable insights for improving retention and driving revenue growth.People ManagementManage, mentor, and develop a team of renewals specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members, regularly reviewing progress and providing constructive feedback, to ensure alignment with company values and goals.Automation and Process OptimisationIdentify inefficiencies in the renewals process and lead initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows.Partner with IT, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to implement tools, processes and systems that improve team productivity and accuracy.Ensure documentation of all processes and best practices to maintain consistency and scalability.Identify Ai and automation opportunities to scale.Customer Engagement and CommunicationBuild strong relationships with key customers to ensure a seamless renewal experience and identify potential obstacles early.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling renewal campaigns and materials.Address customer concerns or objections with a problem-solving mindset to achieve positive outcomes.Experience that will help you achieve success in this role:3+ years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, or a similar role.Experience in a leadership position (desirable).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention and growth targets.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Setting strategies to Automate Renewals through Digital experiences.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Whats in it for you?We are a Great Place to Work certified company (for 14 years in a row!!) which means we have an awesome work culture and are committed to providing the best possible experience for our employees.Join our Certified Maxwell Leadership Program, an allocated budget to buy books and time to read + many more opportunities to learn and grow.State-of-the-art offices with barista coffee machine, gym, beer on tap, unlimited snacks, pool table and swings!Subsidised health insurance and generous paid leave entitlements, including parental, birthday, community and anniversary leave.Flexible work environment (hybrid model), open-door policy and a casual environment.Many other great compensation and employee benefits.At Ansarada we''re committed to our purpose of being a greater force for good and a force for growth.
