It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.TheGaming Systems & Technical Managerreports to the General Manager of Gaming Machines and Cashier Services and offers the exciting opportunity to manage all installations, maintenance, and support for all Electronic Gaming products and systems to ensure efficient and effective performance.Your responsibilities:Provide oversight and leadership of the technical team whilst ensuring alignment to operational targets and budgets while identifying and implementing cost effective ways of working across all of gamingSupport the General Manager to develop and implement key business strategies with a continuous improvement approachEnsure thorough competitor and market analyses is conducted proactively and consistently to adjust business strategies according to those findingsLead research, evaluation, and integration of enhanced technologies and initiatives to realize operational optimisationDevelop and execute strategies to reduce downtime of gaming machines and other technologies across The Star Brisbane to ensure achievement of business objectives while meeting regulatory obligations and complianceAbout you:You are an experienced people leader with a technical understanding of electronic gaming machines.
