The consultant will perform day-to-day tasks related to Dynamics 365 CE implementation and customisation.This hybrid role is based in Hawthorn East, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will participate in discovery workshops, provide technical feasibility assessments, and offer thought leadership on various requirements. You will create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules, deliver high-quality code, and lead development and integration activities. Your expertise in plugins, workflows, and Azure services will be critical to their success. They would demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. Customer-facing experience in consulting roles would be preferred. Certification in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform & expertise in development and scripting languages are highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements for cutting-edge Dynamics 365 implementationsConfigure administrative features and workflows within MS Dynamics CRM/CE and showcase expertise in the following functional areas of Dynamics 365, Portal and Power AppsDesign and develop appropriate, secure and scalable requirements for solutions based on Microsoft-defined best practices.Experienced in traditional BA responsibilities such as running requirements workshops, requirements management, writing user stories and test scripts, functional design specifications, testing, training guides, business case and reporting documentation and solution implementation.Complete customisation/development of product solutions, utilising a low code/no code approach where appropriate.Customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 environments, including entities, forms, workflows and dashboards to meet business needs.Designing and proposing innovative solutions that leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities and emerging features, including Co-Pilot.Continuous improvement through regular review and optimisation of Dynamics 365 solutions from user feedback and evolving business needs.Keeping updated on new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends to ensure we continuously improve in line with best practices.Data Migration: Create a data migration plan and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools.Testing and Support: Lead validation for all testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.Development: Create plugins and workflows and work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault.CRM Instance Development: Lead the activities for developing Dynamics 365 CRM instances.Integration Design: Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.QualificationsHave 5+ years of experience in change or business processes with Microsoft services and products.Have a proven track record of successfully implementing technological solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.Have experience in requirements gathering, solution design & configuration, business process mapping, training & support, implementation and deployment experience.Proven ability to build strong relationships and proficiency in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, project managers, end users, and internal and third-party vendors.Demonstrate a strategic mindset, natural curiosity and a good communicatorAbility to work as part of a team, valuing collegiate effort and RACMA values aligned to trust, curiosity, succeeding together, bravery, and passion for the greater good.EducationTertiary qualification in Bachelors or Masters degree in business or technology-related fieldsRelevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, including Fundamentals, 365+, and Power Platform Consultant, are highly desirable.We offer a supportive team environment where collaboration and support from your leaders and peers are the norm.
