This Marketing Executive role is a 12-month contract working with our Crunch team. As Marketing Executive, you will execute the day-to-day tasks of the marketing strategy, ensuring high-quality, consistent execution in all marketing functions. This role balances management of external agency partners and content production, with direct access to a Senior Brand Consultant & Copywriter for support. Crunch is a newly launched, community hub app that is designed specifically with the mission to help more hospitality business owners grow successful, sustainable ventures. Whether its managing money, saving time or building a functional team, Crunch is your sidekick to hospo success.Job DescriptionMarketing Plan Execution execution of the marketing plan in alignment with the brand and strategic direction.Agency Coordination Brief, manage, and maintain direct communication with external agencies to meet performance targets.Metrics & Reporting Deliver consistent reporting on KPIs, both weekly and monthly, to evaluate effectiveness and refine tactics as needed.Content Marketing Management Oversee the content marketing calendar for blogs, email, and social media, managing external copywriters and creators.Create and re-design templates for social media posts.Website Updates: Update templates, links and assist with a new landing page for a new campaign.Budget Tracking track the ongoing budget to ensure resource efficiency and impact.Paid Advertising Coordinate with the paid ads agency to support the digital advertising strategy.Ticket Sales Strategy Track and adjust ticket sales strategies to meet goals for live and special events.Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the Brand Consultant, App Manager, advisory group, and media contacts, to ensure alignment across all efforts.Desired Skills and Experience2-3 years of Marketing experience or knowledgeExcellent attention to detail, strong capabilities in prioritising work and meeting deadlinesIntermediate skills and knowledge of MS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).Works well autonomously, has strong initiative and is a self-starterTech Savvy (Equipment and IT set up)Ability to plan ahead of time, and anticipate needsWorks well in a team environmentCredibility and social integration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
