This full-time position requires a proactive professional with exceptional attention to detail, a strong grasp of contractual and commercial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and reviewing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendorsNegotiating terms and conditions, including payment schedules and delivery timelinesMonitoring compliance with contractual obligations, including safety, environmental, and quality standardsManaging project costs and budgets, tracking against financial goalsIdentifying and mitigating risks, such as liabilities, delays, and penaltiesMaintaining detailed documentation of contracts, amendments, and compliancePreparing reports on contract status and performance for managementLiaising with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and legal teams to resolve contract-related issuesWhat Were Looking For:The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in contract management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
