The VACCA team is committed to the organisations visions and values, passionately providing support, service and advocacy for our children and other vulnerable members of the community.Our strength lies with our people.About the roleThe Family Violence Team Leader will provide leadership, direction and support to family violence case workers employed within the family violence program in Gippsland.You will oversee staff in delivering general case work activities, including intake, advocacy, care plans, and referrals, with Aboriginal women, children, and families impacted by family violence, as well as conducting risk assessments and safety planning (MARAM).
