All of AxiomSL solutions are built on the same adaptable, high-performance platform. This gives clients a unique opportunity to reduce the cost and complexity of compliance by using one platform to manage all of their requirements globally. They are fully supported and are upgraded when rules and templates change. The unparalleled transparency offered by AxiomSL gives users the ability to drill down from the reports they produce to the calculations and source data they have used.Our Regulatory Operation support team is embedded within the RegCloud Managed Services team, playing a key role in acknowledging, understanding, and investigating any issues that may arise with regards to our solutions or the AxiomSL solutions.We are looking for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and help to develop both themselves and the company as we continue to grow. There are several internal opportunities to move on to other parts of the business as the successful candidate progresses within the role.For this position, Nasdaq will provide an extensive training program on the AxiomSL platform and the Global Share Disclosure solution and associated process.This is a permanent full-time role based in Harrington Street, Sydney following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).You can expect an autonomous but fast-paced work environment where you are recognized for your results and ability to drive things forward. You will be taking responsibility for many aspects of this process and working as part of a team to ensure that each issue is treated with the care and attention required.Specifically, these would include:Interact directly with cloud clients using AxiomSL for daily activities and workflow executionsInvestigate and resolve operational issues reported by client usersProvide advice on client implementation of AxiomSLMonitor execution of scheduled tasks and analyze root causes of failures/exceptionsCreate and manage helpdesk tickets for software defects, including test casesCoordinate deployment and testing of hotfixes in client environmentsContinuously improve personal knowledge of AxiomSL products through certificationsPerform solutions upgrades and related activities as expertise developsWhat We ExpectBachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Computer SciencePrevious experience in the last 3 years or less in the financial services sector in support, business analysis, development, or data analysis roles.Also open to recent graduates looking to start a career in FinTech are welcome to apply.Demonstrable ability to quickly search, learn, and explain technical informationHighly organized and methodical approach to workSelf-motivated attitude with a results and customer-focused approachStrong analytical backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat Would Be HelpfulValidated experience in troubleshooting, collaboration and resolution with the workplace or academic group assignmentsUnderstanding of financial marketsKnowledge and practical experience with Oracle, Postgres, and Microsoft SQL ServerPrevious experience with AxiomSL or in the FinTech industryDoes It Sound Like You?Please follow through by clicking the Apply link and submitting your application.
