In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of EPs platform within a portfolio of schools. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you will engage with schools, showcase EP''s value and build strong relationships with decision-makers, ultimately contributing to the growth of EPs presence in the education sector. Your success will be measured by pipeline coverage, conversion rates and quota attainment.What you will doAchieve individual sales targets by converting non-purchasing schools into active users of our platformConduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase EPs value to educators and school leadersActively manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and forecasting reliabilityCollaborate with the team to identify opportunities within the addressable market and align with sales strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including school leadership and educatorsFacilitate regional workshops and brainstorming sessions to help schools integrate our platform effectivelyEnsure a smooth handover of new customers to the customer success team, supporting high levels of engagement and adoptionGather and share insights about the local market, customer needs and competitor activity with the broader teamProvide feedback to the team and Product & Content Teams to inform the continuous improvement of EPs offeringsPartner with professional services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure successful onboardingAbout youProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or education-focused environmentStrong interpersonal skills to develop trust and rapport with school leaders and educatorsConfidence in delivering compelling product demonstrations and workshopsUnderstanding of the education sector, including trends and challenges faced by schoolsAbility to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared objectivesSkilled in managing CRM tools and using data to drive decisions and forecasting accuracyEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
