Joining the 2024s REINT #1 branch of the year, you will support a team of 30 licensed agents and property managers who have had an impactful presence in the Darwin region for over 20 years. Elders Top End Group is also the current National Real Estate Institute office of the year and manages over 1,100 properties.This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients, supporting our agents with: banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings, and preparing contracts. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to the real estate team throughout the end-to-end sales process.Professionally responding to client queries, providing a welcoming first impression to the Elders brand.Supporting the debt collection process, including following up clients and preparing reports for management.Communicating and engaging with prospective clients in the sales pipeline.Developing and preparing documentation, such as advertising, contracts, and information memorandums.Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.About youPrevious administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.Possesses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focused working environment.Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan, and meet deadlines.Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community.About EldersElders is one of Australia''s most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
