You will provide outstanding admin support to the Home Care team. As part of your role, you will also assist the Customer Relationship Managers. This role is a fixed term role until the 30th May the role will be reviewed as we get closer to that date to discuss a possible extension.To exercise initiative in the provision of administrative support services to the Customer Relationship TeamOngoing support to the Home care team and be a key point of contact in the delivery of additional admin supportProviding high quality and exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.Using IRT systems and technologies to update relevant records and to perform admin activitiesTo manage workloads to ensure that all designated deadlines are met at all timesTo ensure the achievement of the aims and objectives of IRT as they relate to communication with internal and external customersCollate and input data, and manage reporting outputs for clinical and quality reporting purposesEnsure data integrity and maintain the updating of databases with relevant documentation and correspondencePerform admin duties including but not limited to: typing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, distribution of business papers, mailing and filing.
