The Pavilion Performing Arts Centre Sutherland Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two vibrant venues. We are a not-for-profit organisation committed to fostering cultural growth through the performing arts, and we''re looking for someone to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and enhance the experience for our venue users.In this role, you''ll lead the operations teams across multiple departments including event management, front of house, and cleaning. You''ll play a central role in maintaining the smooth running of our venues, managing service suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and event protocols.Key Responsibilities Include:Leading venue services operations, from ticketing to customer serviceManaging supplier relationships and venue systemsDriving continuous process improvements across the businessActing as Chief Warden and First Aider, ensuring a safe environment for allCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational successWhat We''re Looking For:Youll bring a wealth of industry experience, particularly in the performing arts or live entertainment space. Youll also have strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex operations with ease.
