You''ll play a central role in maintaining the smooth running of our venues, managing service suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and event protocols.Key Responsibilities Include:Leading venue services operations, from ticketing to customer serviceManaging supplier relationships and venue systemsDriving continuous process improvements across the businessActing as Chief Warden and First Aider, ensuring a safe environment for allCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational successWhat We''re Looking For:Youll bring a wealth of industry experience, particularly in the performing arts or live entertainment space. Youll also have strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex operations with ease.
