Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.About the OpportunityWere looking for a passionate and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a day program for people with disability in Temora. This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday and is anticipated to commence in mid-March.As a Program Coordinator, youll oversee the delivery of person centred care and support to our clients. Youll work closely with staff, clients, families, and other key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and meaningful experiences for those we support. Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the day program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with disabilitiesLead by example to promote person centred active support in all areas of the work you and your team performParticipate in the onboarding process for new staff members and facilitate an effective orientation and training programOversee a team of Community Support Workers, providing guidance, mentorship, and creating a positive work environmentEnsure adherence to the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Practice Standards and approved policy and proceduresBenefits of Working at KurrajongOur goal is to be the best disability services provider both for clients and our staff.
