The expansive property bears the marks of the historic gold and coal rush and in its current operation, the pastoral history of Australia.We are recruiting for staff for our 2025 season - Head Housekeeper & Maintenance General Hand.The position is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for undertaking and supervising all facets of housekeeping and cleaning at the lodge in addition to managing and supervising a small team of housekeepers. We are seeking candidates with skills or experience in the following areas:Hotel room cleaning in high-end resort or hotel environments.Linen ordering, quality control and inventory management.Stock ordering including guest amenities, cleaning supplies and chemicals.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals including environmentally sensitive alternatives.Supervision of a small housekeeping team.Attention to detail is paramount. We are seeking a candidate who has had experience in the complexities of maintaining an excellent standard of cleanliness and presentation.
